مزهرية كينتسوجي للبراعم

I kept it on my windowsill and the light catches the gold seams in a way that makes it look like it's glowing from inside. It's a small thing, but knowing it's based on kintsugi — that cracks are repaired with gold instead of hidden — makes me like it more every time I fill it.

The gold veining on the cracks looks even better in person than in the photos, each line catches the light differently. Mine sits on my windowsill holding a single stem, and the little unevenness in the glaze is exactly what makes it feel handmade rather than mass produced.

I bought this for my bathroom shelf and the gold-filled seams catch the morning light in a way that makes the whole corner feel intentional. It's small, but the weight of the ceramic keeps it from tipping when I move it around. Imperfect and lovely, exactly the point.
