Hope Heals Camp 2026 T-Shirt: Sizing and Fit Questions

Quick answer

The Youth Hope Heals Camp 2026 T-Shirt uses standard youth sizing but has no published size chart, so measure a shirt that already fits your child and compare it to the size options before ordering. If your child is between sizes or still growing, size up. The tee is made for camp wear and everyday use, so a slightly roomier fit usually works better than a snug one.

Does the Youth Hope Heals Camp 2026 T-Shirt run small?

No published measurement chart is supplied for this tee, so there is no verified data showing it runs small or true to size. The practical answer: treat it as a standard youth tee and rely on the size your child currently wears in similar shirts. If your child is at the top of a size range or growing quickly, choose the next size up. The design is meant for camp adventures and everyday wear, so a little extra room is not a problem.

How do I choose a youth size without a size chart?

Use a shirt you already own as your measuring tool. Lay a well-fitting youth tee flat, measure the chest from armpit to armpit and the length from the highest point of the shoulder to the hem. Then compare those numbers to the size options at checkout. If you are ordering as a gift and cannot measure, ask the parent for the child's current shirt size and whether that shirt still fits well. When in doubt, size up—kids rarely complain about a shirt that is slightly loose, but they will stop wearing one that is too tight.

Will the shirt shrink after washing?

The catalog does not list fabric content or shrinkage specifications for this tee, so no exact shrink rate can be promised. The safe approach is to wash it inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low or hang it to dry. That routine protects the vintage-inspired Hope Heals Camp graphic and the words "You were meant to be here" while reducing the chance of the shirt tightening up. If you want to preserve the current fit, air drying is the most reliable option.

Is this shirt only for campers, or can siblings and parents wear it too?

The product is designed for younger campers, and the available option type is size only. That means the fit is cut for youth proportions rather than adult ones. A smaller adult could potentially wear a larger youth size, but the catalog does not supply adult measurements, so that is a guess rather than a guarantee. If you want a matching family look, the Grey Hope Sweatshirt is a separate product with unisex sizing and its own fit notes, so it is a better starting point for adults.

What if the size I order does not fit?

Check the store's return or exchange policy before ordering, since the catalog does not include that information here. Because this is a special edition camp tee, waiting to exchange it could mean your child's size sells out. If you are ordering close to camp dates, measure first and order once rather than guessing twice. For a low-cost, one-size-fits-most option, the Hope Heals Camp Logo Sticker is removable and works on a car, refrigerator, or locker, so it can be a backup way to show camp spirit if the shirt size is not right.
